After a profound personal experience with injustice and discrimination, our founder, Winnie, made a brave decision: to leave everything behind in search of meaning, joy, and authenticity.
Together with her husband, they returned to the roots of his childhood in Ghana, recreating a traditional ginger drink that was natural, spicy, and full of character. This wasn't just a recipe; it was a taste of heritage and home.
When a friend tasted it and said, "You should bottle this," the spark caught fire. The idea for GINGER FLAME was born.
This journey reflects the profound Chinese concept of 危机 (wēijī), which reminds us that within every crisis lies a hidden opportunity. Our drink was born at this very crossroads—between danger and hope, between pain and light.
